first bug fixes incoming

This is the first bug fix release. The following things changed:
- fix spike and lava hitboxes which where leading to unfair deaths
- fixed pacifist lava section offering an unexpected platform for the player to take a rest
- slightly smaller player hitbox to give more room for little mistakes :)
- add 2 more spawn points after the pit
- some very minor adjustments to the level structure to improve playability
- tweaked mirror shard placement
Known bugs that we are also working on:
- user input while respawn leading to unexpected jumps and dashes
- room changes far too late when switching to the room with the two lava pits
- sometimes the player starts glowing golden after respawn
- death and respawn animations are not playing correctly
